I finally did it...

I broke down and visited my local library. Sad to say, it's been at least three years since I was last there. Long enough anyway that my library card had expired!!! I felt so bad when I went in there to get a pin number reset to order a book and they told me that. What a shame!

However, I will be visiting more often. I need to cut back just a bit on my book buying. I have way too many books that have been left unread. I'll use the library for book club books and other "must reads".

I have a renewed love for the library now that I've visited again. I love the smell of the books!

    I'm betting in time you'll love the library and can't live without it! :) If I go more than a week without visiting the library, something seems off kilter.

    I wish I had a good local public library, but I don't. I'd be so much easier for me to not have to buy all those books!

    haha, that's kind of irronic, I did the same thing yesterday!! Except it had been so long since I had been there that I wasn't in the system anymore. LOL

    Glad you have refound your local library. I'm always visiting mine. Only bad thing about it is it has created even more books to be added to my TBR list.
