I loved this book! The story is one that I would have loved to live (I think!) I have always had a fascination with this time period. The dresses, language, and the FORMALITY of it all!!! I saw where this book was going fairly fast but there are teasers along the way that have you second guessing what really happens in the end. Is life in America all that is expected? 
I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars. :)
